It's my first time, what can I expect during session?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience or knowledge about kundalini or energy is necessary. The energy is intelligent and your system will receive exactly what is needed, in a way that is right for you. The best way to experience the energy is to leave expectations at the door and try not to make anything happen.

How is this different from kundalini yoga and other practices that work with kundalini energy?

Accepted Answer

Unlike kundalini yoga and other practices that willfully raise energy through breath, meditation, or movement, KAP is a practice of surrender. There is no active component, you simply lay down  and receive the transmission, everything that happens after is involuntary including the movements.

How long does it take to experience the energy?

Accepted Answer

For some the experience of the energy is immediate, however about 20% might not have a perceivable experience. This does not mean nothing happening. Clients often report shifts their daily lives. For some it takes 3-5 sessions for the body to surrender fully and open to the experience of energy.

Question 4

What makes KAP different from other energy based practices?

Accepted Answer

In KAP the energy enters from the crown chakra and flows to the root chakra, where it begins to build and flow both ways. This creates a more powerful and gradual awakening process than most people have ever experienced, and is often described as very natural, and completely safe.
