Kangaroo Meet-and-Greet (indoor)

The Kangaroo Meet-and-Greet is a unique, in-person event where you’ll get the chance to meet and interact with our friendly red kangaroos. It's an educational and fun experience where you can learn about these amazing animals, ask questions, and even take selfies with them!

Unfortunately, no. We do require kids to be 5 years old (or older) to participate in these interactions for the safety of the kangaroos and for the kids. (No one under the age of 5 will be allowed to participate. There will be NO exceptions to this rule.)

No, we have a strict policy of each person having a ticket for the interactions. This is one of our safety precautions and helps to keep our visits with the roos more intimate.

Any time up until 7 days before your event, you can email us and we will help you select a new date that works for you and your party for no additional fee. Within 7 days of your event, there will be a $20 fee per ticket to move to another day. However, within 24 hours, no changes can be made.

Yes! You’ll have the opportunity to interact with the kangaroos under the supervision of our trained staff. While we encourage gentle and respectful interactions, please remember to follow all safety guidelines to ensure both your safety and the well-being of the animal

The event typically lasts about 1 hour. We want to make sure everyone has plenty of time to meet the kangaroos, learn about them, and take photos. This is why we keep our group sizes smaller.

Yes, you are required to purchase tickets in advance to secure your spot as spaces are limited. You can reserve your tickets on Eventbrite or email us for a look into our private experiences.

Wear comfortable, casual clothing and closed-toed shoes. As you’ll be interacting with animals, we recommend avoiding loose clothing or accessories that could get caught or chewed on.

If you have allergies to animals, please be mindful that our kangaroos are part of the event. We suggest checking with your healthcare provider before attending if you have concerns about allergies.

Absolutely! We welcome you to take photos and capture the special moments with the kangaroos. Just make sure to respect the animals and follow the guidance of our handlers for the best experience.

Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific needs or require assistance, please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure you have the best experience.

The event will proceed rain or shine since it is all indoors, but if there are extreme weather conditions, we may opt to reschedule or offer refunds to ensure the safety of our animals, staff, and you! You will be notified in advance if there are any changes.

Our Red Kangaroo Meet-and-Greet is family-friendly and suitable for ages 5+. However, minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult. Please ensure that everyone in your group is comfortable with animal interactions.
