KMP II is a sequel for KMP I training and only when you complete the KMP II, you are

eligible for the KMP title.

the maturity.

Helps you understand how to scale this to more than team level.

Exam Details

Similar to a KMP1 certification, there is no specific exam to earn the KMP 2 certification. However, a student needs to attend the entire training sessions and complete all given assignments.

Pre-requisites –

KMP I is the Pre-req for the KMP II course.

Certification Process

Enroll for our Kanban System Design course and earn KMP II certification.

Enroll for the Kanban System Improvement course.

Attend the live sessions (received through mail).

Each session is highly interactive with lots of discussions, simulations, seminars,

and exercises.

Once the training is completed, candidate details will be uploaded to Lean Kanban

University’s website.

Login with given credentials to the LKU website and download your certificate.

Once the KMP II certification is earned along with the KMP I certification, the student will get the Kanban Management Professional certification.
