North Minneapolis’ flyest summer event is back—and this year, we’re celebrating 30 Years of Growth at Juxtaposition Arts!

Join us for Sneakerball: JXTA’s 30th Anniversary Fundraiser, where art, culture, and community collide in a bold celebration of our past, present, and future.

This year’s theme—"30 Years of Growth"—honors the way JXTA has blossomed over three decades into a creative powerhouse rooted in the Northside, cultivating space for young artists, beauty, and innovation to flourish.

You asked, we listened: By popular demand, Sneakerball is now a day party—because really, what better time to bloom than under the Northside sun?

In the spirit of Sankofa, we’ll honor where we’ve been while stepping boldly into what’s next—pairing elegant party looks with your hottest sneakers. Expect a mash-up of garden party vibes, hip-hop culture, graffiti art, and dance floor energy, all blooming together in one unforgettable celebration.

Sneakerball is more than a party—it’s an investment in the next generation of creative changemakers. Your presence fuels youth art education, community connection, and the future of Northside arts.
