Justice of the Peace appointment

We are excited to introduce a new booking system for JP Services where our JP's can witness oaths, signatures, statutory declarations and certify documents.

Please note: Appointment times are strictly 30 minutes.

Affidavits are not accepted.

Important: Please note the law in NSW does NOT authorise a NSW JP to do the following:

• Witness either a General Power of Attorney or an Enduring Power of Attorney.
• Witness the execution of documents for use overseas including "Proof of Life" forms for the purpose of claiming the overseas pension.
