Just Pressed Wine Fest 2025

Just Pressed Wine Fest returns for its 5th year and it’s going to be better than ever. Inspired by the great natural wine fairs of the world, Just Pressed offers a rare insider’s look at the magic of fermentation - where raw juice transforms into wine. For those of us who love wine but do not produce it, this may be our only opportunity to step inside the world of winemaking and taste the just-fermented 2025 vintage straight from Oregon and Washington’s most exciting producers and compare it side-by-side with finished wines from prior years. It’s an experience usually reserved for those working deep in the cellar and a chance to understand wine at its most alive.

You'll be able to roam the floor and explore so many unique odds, ends, and hidden gems of the local wine world. You'll meet the makers, fall in love with new grapes for the first time, and if you are feeling so inclined stock up in the retail shop. Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or simply curious mind, Just Pressed is a celebration of craft, creativity, and the wild joy of fermentation.
