For the women who want more than comparing, competing, and coveting. A night in the name of community and encouragement as women of God. Join WAVA at our 2025 women’s event, Just Distinctly, at Kettering Baptist on June 20th to remember that you are distinct and made in the image of the Lord.

Hear from our keynote speaker, Cheryl Martin, as she speaks about the wasted effort spent on the three C’s: comparing, competing, and coveting. Cheryl will encourage women to develop their God-given uniqueness and shed the need to be fixated on worldly matters. Be encouraged to thrive in what makes you distinct.

Before and after the program, you can participate in fellowship with refreshments, photo booths, and speak with our event partners. You may even get the chance to win a giveaway!

Frequently asked questions

Will there be food?

We will provide light drinks and refreshments in the fellowship hall before and after the program.

Can I bring a large group from my church?

Yes! We welcome all groups to come together and use this for a night of community. You can purchase bulk tickets for groups larger than 8 by contacting jessh@salemmediadc.com with to get more details.

Is there childcare provided?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide childcare. For very limited circumstances we can provide some help to mothers who are unable to find childcare support. Please message jessh@salemmediadc.com to see the options available to you. This is on a case-by-case basis.
