Far from your typical workshop, this is an interactive space where you’ll gain fresh perspectives on well-being, ask burning questions, and uncover practical tips to enhance your daily life from a health care professional. Plus, expect plenty of joy, surprises, and the kind of moments that stay with you.

What to Expect?

  • Get health information from Black women in healthcare, tailored for Black women.
  • Learn and grow together during judgment-free group discussions.
  • Bring your people! Any women you want on this journey with you are welcome.
  • Join free monthly sessions held in convenient community settings with light refreshments!
  • Held Every 4th Saturday within the community, locations change monthly.
