Do we need to bring anything?

We ask that you please bring a yoga mat, if you have one. (We have a few spare if not, but please give us a heads up if it's needed.) Bringing a sweatshirt and blanket will keep you warm for the sound bath meditation, which can drop your body temperature slightly. And don't forget a water bottle! :)

What is the parking situation?

The venue is located on a busy street, which can lead to limited parking availability. To ensure that you find parking, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before you hope to walk in the door.

Dress in comfy, stretchy material fit for a slow-flow yoga stretch (you won't sweat much). Shades of YELLOW, gold and anything in that color family are encouraged to fit the theme of the solar plexus energy center (which is yellow!).
