At Carve Your Own Path, we deeply believe in the power of community, creative expression, and connection for mental well-being. Our monthly casual craft gatherings have been a source of joy for our team, and now we're thrilled to invite the wider Copley and Northeast Ohio community to join us!

What to Expect

Featured Guided Art Project: DIY Junk Journal Making

Our art therapist is excited to host a hands-on DIY Junk Journal workshop. Create a handmade journal with recycled and found materials. This can be used to document memories, notes, or as an art space. Each journal is unique and personalized and has its own mixture of materials. A creative way to repurpose discarded or forgotten items. This is a form of scrapbooking that can be continually added to.

A journal will be created to added to throughout the year with intentions of the year to come. Using as a diary/journal, scrapbook, wish list, or any other possibility.All materials will be provided, but any personal items may be brought and added.

Your Participation Supports Mental Health Services

Carve Your Own Path is a dedicated 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Our core mission is to provide inclusive mental health and well-being services to our community.

When you attend our Community Art Day, your ticket purchase or donation directly enables Carve Your Own Path to continue offering vital sliding scale fee mental health services to clients who need it most in Greater Summit County and the surrounding areas. By joining this community art event, you're not just investing in your own well-being; you're helping us make accessible mental health support a reality for everyone.
