Special Announcement:
Each class has a special theme!
1) Sunday, June 8: "Feelin Good" - This is our first Sunday class at Revolve where we'll be bringing in songs that just make ya feel good. Join this low-impact, high energy class of line dances and more. You'll work up a sweat and maybe even walk out with a smile.😊
2) Saturday, June 14: "Father's Day" - We're taking out all the hip rolls and booty shaking and keepin' it hood. Ladies...grab your dad, brother, uncle, significant other, etc... and secure a spot TODAY!
3) Thursday, June 19: "It's a Juneteenth Celebration" - Start your morning off right! Wear a Juneteenth shirt or come in red, yellow, and/or green. Join our Juneteenth celebration where we'll be dancing (including line dancing) to a variety of songs.
4) Saturday, June 28: "Birthday Bash" - Join your host, Stacey, as she celebrates another year around the sun! We're going ALL out with a fun-filled, heart-pumping mix of songs and dances.
Heyyyyyyy Cousins!!! Get ready to drop it to your favorite trap songs, bust out old school dance moves to hiphop selections, show your sexy side to R&B jams, and shake it up to Afro-Caribbean beats. Experience a dance fitness workout with heart and soul. Every Trap Cardio class is defined by the following commandments: 1) We are all cousins in the name of family, fitness, and fun, 2) This class is not about perfection, it is about progress. Don't get caught up in left, right, up, down...just have fun, 3) If the beat takes you somewhere we are not, go there and one of your cousins might go there with you and 4) We don't wait for the beat to drop, we drop the beat! No experience is needed, just bring your energy and have fun!

Yes…well sort of! Founder of Trap Cardio, Ashley Redwood, established Trap Cardio University (an instructor program). After training and constructive feedback, here we are Baltimore! Get ready for all the Trap Cardio energy, but with a different instructor leading from the front.
We use the same playlist as Trap Cardio. The clean version of a song will be used when available. Please note, some songs are only available in the explicit version (which is the reason for the age restriction of 18+).
Yes! Trap Cardio offers the BEST urban dance fitness program around! We may warm-up to a line dance or bring one in during the class session. Most Trap Cardio line dances are unique to Trap Cardio. Every Trap Cardio class is different and line dancing may be part of your experience.
Absolutely! You WILL work up a sweat. Some dances will involve rigorous movements (squats, jumping jacks, high knees, etc…). If you are unable to do these movements, a modification will be provided. Remember, this class is more than a workout, it’s a vibe! Have fun!!!
Check-in begins at 15 minutes before the start of the class. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before the start time. Late arrivals may not be able to enter the building, so plan accordingly.
No food or drink is permitted in the building, with the exception of water, sport drinks, energy bars and the like.
There are no refunds. However, you may transfer your ticket to another day. Transfers must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the start of the registered class.
