Yes, but it is only to your benefit. If you don't do the homework, there is no harm in it, but you may also not gain as much from the workshop.

Yes, and you will have access to the recording for one (1) month. It will be private link, however, so no sharing allowed.

Absolutely not! This is about your writing, so whatever allows you to write best, do that. However, I highly recommend keeping your camera on when networking, asking questions, or generally talking with anyone over Zoom as it helps to build trust. Who knows, you may even meet a friend!
