Is there a dress code?

Feel comfortable to be casual or business casual, most if not all of our lunch spots will not have a strict dress code. No beach attire.

Are there etiquette/rules to adhere to?

We ask that everyone is respectful and treats others with kindness. Discussions about religion, politics, and sports trash talk, is discouraged. Invites are a privilege and the overall goal of Power Plates is to foster a comfortable environment for business owners and professionals to network.

Is it a Referral-Networking Group?

No. We do not have strict attendance guidelines, limited seats per occupation, membership dues, or referral requirements. It's just lunch with good people and great conversations. Have fun and form relationships.
