What is the Small Building Owners Exchange? The SBOE is an association of 2 to 4 owners, landlords, and/or property managers in Greater Chatham. Benefits include:

Resources and information to strengthen your property’s operations, physical condition, financial stability, and more.
Training from experts on challenges you’re facing. Topics may include screening and retaining tenants, understanding the renovation process, accessing funding, and more.
Service providers. Members will be eligible to receive assessments of one of their properties.
Peer Sharing. Members will meet in-person and virtually to problem solve with and learn
