What is the Small Building Owners Exchange? The SBOE is an association of 2 to 4 owners, landlords, and/or property managers in Greater Chatham. Benefits include:

  • Resources and information to strengthen your property’s operations, physical condition, financial stability, and more.
  • Training from experts on challenges you’re facing. Topics may include screening and retaining tenants, understanding the renovation process, accessing funding, and more.
  • Service providers. Members will be eligible to receive assessments of one of their properties.
  • Peer Sharing. Members will meet in-person and virtually to problem solve with and learn
