Guided by our expert facilitators Angelo & Bernadette, you'll also engage in breathwork, a 3 part breath work to further enhance your experience. This active breathing meditation takes you on a journey into your consciousness. Through this conscious breathing technique, you'll tap into a state of tranquility and connect with your body and breath.

Frequently asked questions

Where is this event located?

The Healing Space is a beautiful white Yurt in Glorieta minutes from Pecos/Glorieta Exit. Located in a private residence. Parking Instructions will be sent upon sign-up.

Refund Policy

We do understand that sometimes the weather may be inconvenient or unsafe for travel, therefore if the weather is bad, snow/ice/rain we will issue a refund for in-person sessions. All other refund requests are required to have a 24 notice for a full refund.

What should I bring?

We recommend wearing soft comfortable clothing with socks and bringing a water bottle, chapstick, and eye pillow if desired but not required. A yoga mat and/or blanket to lay on for comfort. (note we do have some blankets available)

Who should NOT Participate in this Breath-Work ?

You are advised not to participate if you have flu-like symptoms, glaucoma, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, panic attacks, psychosis, pregnancy, retinal detachment, seizure disorders, or severe mental illnesses speak to your doctor before participation: conditions for which you take medication
