June 6th 6 Sushi Making 101 Class

We will be making an assortment of Sushi RollsMaki (Makiushi) wrapped in Nori.

Uramaki inside out rolls*Spicy Tuna Rolls*California Roll*Shrimp Tempura*Salmon/Cream Cheese or Your Choice creation.

You will have an assortment of ingredients to create you own specialty rolls. A long with our sauces .. Spicy mayo, eel sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi.
BYOB always welcome.
