Guests:

🌲 Tim Sample

Tim is perhaps THE Maine native whose unique New England style of humor has gained him a national following. In addition to TV, radio, and a dozen popular albums, Tim spent eleven years as a regular correspondent for the Emmy award-winning network television show CBS News Sunday Morning. He’s performed in many venues, including The Mall of America, Ocean Reef Club on Key Largo, and the Caribou Performing Arts Center. But all good things must come to an end: On June 26th, he will be performing his final live show at the Opera House at Boothbay Harbor. BUT first, Tim will be joining us in the bahn!

🦜 Karmo Sanders

Karmo is someone you’ll recognize instantly… but we will keep you guessing! Her first musical collaboration was “Radical Radio” which opened Off-Off Broadway at the 91st Street Theatre in NYC. A working actress, you may have seen her in the Discovery Channel’s Animal Planet, “Yankee Jungle!” Recently, her comedy “Homer Bound” was produced by Good Theater in Portland, Maine. Today, Karmo continues writing and touring her one-woman stand-up comedy show. She’s a brilliant comedian, and we’re PSYCHED she’ll be joining us on the show!

🎶 Katherine Liccardo and Matt Consul

Katherine and Matt met playing classical string quartets in the woods of Blue Hill, Maine, and have enjoyed a diverse musical journey together over the past 11 years. Matt plays viola with the Portland Symphony and is a teaching artist for the Symphony's Explorers Program which integrates classical music into Portland Public Schools. Katherine is the associate director of the Vigorous Tenderness concert series and has a full studio of violin and viola students spanning from Maine to Australia. Together, they play with Shelter Music Maine, an organization that brings classical music to homeless shelters and other sheltering environments throughout Maine.
