what should i bring

bring whatever small project you are working on. This will be yarn-focused, as I will be offering knit and crochet advice. However anything that can be worked on on a small desk or in a lap is appropriate. please no paints or other finishes-- nothing messy like glue.

are materials available

I have yarn, knitting needles and crochet hooks available either for borrowing of purchase. Bring a little cash. I do have random bits of things like beads and small hand tools.

is there a bathroom on site

yes. I'm not 100% sure if its wheelchair accessible, but no stairs required.

snax? beverages?

bring snacks to share if you like--- we have a basic kitchen with a fridge and kettle(bring tea), mugs, plates etc.

not exactly. I am offering knit and crochet classes, but in the meantime I'm offering advice as needed, I just ask that you donate accordingly. I'm also interested to see what people in the community are looking to learn.

oh yes hi--- I'm Sylvia! I rent a space at this studio, thats part of why I ask for a donation to attend.  I've been knitting on n off for 30 years, crochet for maybe 20, and make things ranging from conventional hats and mitts to tiny monsters and other randomness. welcome!
