Our low impact FunFit excercise class is held 2x/week and is open to the general public, even if you have not been a patient of ours! You will experience the unique benefit of having our amazing Physical Therapist, Audrey Strachan, use her expertise to guide you through exercises and stretches, teaching you the correct biomechanics to avoid stressing your joints and muscles!

This class is great for so many who want an easy and extremely effective way to improve strength and mobility. For those who:

just finished up a round a Physical Therapy
have chronic health issues, including arthritis
have difficulty or do not enjoy exercising in a gym
want to exercise in the comfort of their own space
want an expert Physical Therapist to safely lead them through exercises, taking into consideration proper body mechanics and form.

Specifics about the class: These classes are performed live via Zoom. The class involves both sitting in a chair and standing, holding the chair if necessary so it is best to have a straight-backed chair available for seated exercises and for support as needed during standing exercises. Audrey uses resistive bands (a suggestion: you can order on amazon: Resistive Exercise Bands ) or you can exericse without them. Please wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear for exercising.

By signing up, you will have access to FunFit every Monday and Thursday of the month using one zoom link we will send to you. With this one-time purchase each month you can choose to attend as many classes as you'd like up to the full schedule of that month's classes. All classes will be approximately 45 minutes long beginning promptly at 10:30AM.

ZOOM LINK: You will be emailed a zoom link from ProAction PT 1-2 days prior to the 1st class of the month. This link will be used for each class that month.

The cost of our monthly class is a regular $85 per month. We wanted to make this accessible to everyone!
