Jr. Yogi Summer Program

Children between the ages of 5-12 will be participating in games and activities centered around teaching children the basics of Yoga.  Kids should come fed, wearing exercise clothes, bringing a towel and a marked water bottle. Yoga mats are provided as part of the cost and each of the children will be able to take one home with them at the end of the program.

Students will explore the concepts of yoga through a series of activities designed to help them become aware of their freedom to be fully present in the moment. Learning about their Qi (Life Force Energy), how to manage their emotions, and bring relaxation to the body.  A magical journey where children explore yoga through playful sequences and the enchanting sounds of various instruments. We'll tune into unique vibrations, helping each child discover their own spiritual connection to the music.

Ages 5-8 Tue & Thur ($60)

Ages 9-12 Mon, Wed & Fri ($90)

Cost includes all supplies and yoga mat for all days of classes per age group. Please let us know if your child cannot attend all the days so we can let the teachers know for their class supplies.
