Joy Spreader Joyset! Birthday Edition

Celebrate with us at a special birthday edition of Joyset—an immersive experience using silent disco headphones that blends mindfulness, movement, and music. Each session is themed—like courage, confidence, or joy—and designed to help you drop into your body, quiet your inner critic, and connect through dance and play. It’s part moving meditation, part dance party, and 100% empowering.

After the Joyset, we’ll continue the celebration with a community picnic in the park—bring a dish to share! From there, we’ll head out together to Spread Joy in the community through small acts of kindness. You can just come for the Joyet, or you can stay for picnics and spreading joy. It's up to you:)

This isn’t just a birthday party—it’s a chance to move, share, laugh, and uplift, all while giving back.
