No Experience Needed! Simply bring yourself, your curiosity, and a desire to unwind at the end of your day.

All supplies will be provided. Bring bug spray just in case.

Is alcohol allowed?

No. Canvas and Calm is an alcohol-free space that is focused on being present, enjoying our surroundings and adding some calm to the end of your day.

Is this for women only?

This space is designed with Black women in mind, but all are welcome who respect the vibe, purpose and people in the space. We could all use a little joyful calm right now.
