About this event

Science & Tech • Medicine

DMT is known as one of the most intense psychedelic compounds—delivering otherworldly experiences in just minutes. But what happens when you extend that experience… for an hour or more?

Welcome to DMTx: the Extended-State DMT protocol, which allows trained participants to journey into stabilized and sustained non-ordinary states. This isn’t just a longer trip—it's a step into uncharted realms of consciousness.

In this rare live panel, we’re joined by the leading minds behind the DMTx program:

  • Andrew Gallimore, PhD – computational neurobiologist and author of Alien Information Theory
  • Daniel McQueen, MA – founder of the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness and developer of the DMTx protocol
  • Skye Weaver – DMTx psychonaut, psychedelic facilitator and integration specialist

Together, they’ll explore:

  • How IV-based DMT infusion creates stable, navigable inner worlds
  • What participants report seeing—and who they may be meeting
  • Scientific findings on brainwave shifts, shared realms, and mystical insights
  • The ethical and therapeutic implications of long-form psychedelic states
  • What it means to map a space that might not be “inside” the mind at all

Whether you're a seasoned psychonaut, a curious skeptic, or someone fascinated by the frontiers of human consciousness—this event will open new questions and offer rare access to the thinkers shaping the future of psychedelic science.

Live Q&A included. No experience with DMT required—just curiosity.

This event will be recorded and made available to all ticket holders.

PANELISTS

Andrew Gallimore

Dr. Andrew Gallimore is a computational neurobiologist, chemical pharmacologist, and writer, living and working in Tokyo. He has a master’s degree in chemical pharmacology and a PhD in biological chemistry from the University of Cambridge and has held postdoctoral research fellowships in computational neuroscience at the Universities of York, Oxford, and Okinawa. He has been fascinated by the neuropharmacology of psychedelics for more than two decades and is the author of three books: Alien Information Theory – Psychedelic Drug Technologies and the Cosmic Game; Reality Switch Technologies – Psychedelics as Tools for the Discovery and Exploration of New Worlds.; and Death by Astonishment – Confronting the Mystery of the World’s Strangest Drug (St. Martin’s Press, 1 July 2025), which focuses on the history of DMT and science’s continuing struggle to understand how such a simple naturally-occurring molecule can have such astonishing effects on the human mind. He worked with DMT pioneer Dr. Rick Strassman to develop the DMTx intravenous infusion protocol for extended journeys in the DMT space. His current interests lie in the implications of DMT in understanding the nature of reality, and how it might be developed as a tool for extended communication with non-human intelligences inaccessible to normal waking consciousness. He works with the non-profit Noonautics to spearhead and develop research projects in psychedelic science and with the Eleusis DMTx retreat and research center in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
