When the check engine light comes on in a car, it's not the end of the journey, it is an opportunity to pay attention. Our energy, bodies, minds and behaviors often work the same way and show up in tension, emotion, or instinct.

Becoming aware of the internal signals, and how we engage with change and conflict is the first step to understanding how we act, react, and engage with others.
