As Betsy returns to the Black Hills from Colorado, she and Bre will be joining together, once again, for an immersive evening of deep relaxation and self-connection through a Yoga Nidra guided meditation and sound healing.

Through gentle guidance, we will quiet the mind and open the heart, allowing space for clarity, insight, and renewal. This journey will be supported by the healing frequencies of the Gong, Crystal bowls, and other instruments.

Whether you seek inner peace, emotional release, or simply a moment of stillness, this session offers a sacred space to reset and realign. Come as you are—bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and an open heart.

Bre is a yoga therapist, breathwork facilitator, and nature enthusiast dedicated to empowering others through healing practices. Bre blends yoga, mindfulness, and nature to help individuals reconnect with themselves and heal on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Through workshops, retreats, and private sessions, she creates space for transformation and self-discovery.

Betsy is a powerful Gong Practitioner with a gift for creating deep, vibrational healing experiences. Her sound journeys are immersive, grounding, and transportive—helping you clear stagnant energy and open space for clarity and self-trust.

The two met after attending each others events at the Trailhouse in Custer. Now, they’re joining forces to bring you a one-of-a-kind, deeply nourishing offering that will leave you feeling calm, clear, and deeply connected to yourself.
