In our regular classes, we introduce these concepts, but this session is specifically designed for you to slow down and explore the basics of calming your mind.
We will:
* Learn and Practice core breathing (pranayama) techniques used to anchor the mind and regulate the nervous system, helping to reduce daily stress.
* Explore Basic Meditation styles in detail, giving you the practical tools you need to cultivate a sustainable and effective practice at home.
* Q&A Session to troubleshoot common meditation challenges (like racing thoughts) and deepen your understanding.
This workshop is perfect for beginners looking to start a practice, or experienced students who want to refine their technique and find lasting inner peace.
