Overview

Listening Ceremony with Naima Nefertari and Angel Bat Dawid

Join cosmic heroines Angel Bat Dawid and Naima Nefertari for an intimate evening journeying through the tones, histories and mysteries of Nabta Playa - an ancient calendrical stone formation predating Stonehenge, based in modern day Sudan. The pair will share reflections on the making of the album, inspirations and finish with a small improvisation. They will also be remotely joined by a Sudanese comrade who will share reflections on the album and ways to be in solidarity with the people of Sudanese. The evening will be hosted by Tej Adeleye.
