Hugo's journey to dreamland is such a magical experience. I have learned to sit up during sound baths because I tend to doze off and snore, disturbing the experience for others. During Hugo's soundbath I dove deep into a meditative state (while remaining conscious and quiet!) where I was able to connect to my higher self.

It was healing, elevating, artistic, beautiful, and moving all simultaneously.

Hi, I wanted to tell you about my experience at journey to Dreamland. I have been twice now. Honestly, it is so magical with the sound healing and guided journey and meditation that Hugo takes us on. Sometimes we are guided to swim and fly and really I was able to let go of stress and fears in a way that was fun and calming. I'm really lucky to participate in these meditations and honestly you have to come and experience it for yourself. You will be glad you did and keep coming back like I have because Hugo really cares about helping people and he found a way that is unique and gentle. It is my favorite medication to come to.
