Every season brings its own lessons. This workshop is a chance to reflect on how you’ve grown over the last three months, what you’ve learned, how you’ve changed, and what you want to carry forward. With thoughtful prompts and open conversation, we’ll create space to close this chapter with clarity and step into the next with intention. Bring a journal, a pen, and an open heart. No experience needed!

Hi, I’m Aarti — the host and founder of Pen to Heart.

I started journaling during college as a way to process uncertainty and stay connected to myself. What began as a personal practice turned into a passion for creating spaces rooted in emotional honesty and growth. In 2023, I launched this group to foster the kind of meaningful connection I was craving — and it’s since grown into a community I’m deeply proud of.
