Journaling with Tarot is a weekly practice space where self-reflection meets spiritual skill-building. Whether you're tarot-curious or an experienced reader, this space invites you to connect inward — with clarity, depth, and compassion.

Each session is an opportunity to explore the energetic teachings of a Tarot card — not only intellectually, but intuitively and personally.

You don’t even need a tarot deck. Just bring:
🪄 A journal
🪄 An open heart
🪄 And the willingness to meet yourself, exactly where you are

🔹 Center — Begin with a grounding meditation to arrive in presence.
🔹 Learn — Explore the featured card’s meaning through spiritual wisdom, upright & reversal themes, and deeper symbolism (via Academics Corner).
🔹 Write — Receive guided prompts to help you reflect on how the card is showing up in your life.
🔹 Share — Connect in sacred community. You’re always welcome, never pressured, to share what’s unfolding.
🔹 Group Reading — We close with a collective card pull — a message just for those gathered.

I am a total Tarot beginner, is it okay?

Absolutely! This is a Tarot class for beginners who want to begin to understand how to interpret a Tarot card. The attendees are beginners, learners, as well as some advanced readers who want to explore the card in a deeper way.

This is a class of learning and self exploration. It is a safe space for us to discover what each card means for us. There are no right or wrong answers.

You don't even need a deck. All are welcome!

How do I access this class?

Register for this class and an access link to the Zoom link will be available on this page. You must be logged into Eventbrite to access the Zoom link. If you don't see an access link, ensure you have logged onto Eventbrite with the email address you used to register for the class. This goes for whether you're using a laptop or the Eventbrite App.

How can I send a donation?

About Rev. Bonnie Ho Gabaeff

Rev. Bonnie Ho Gabaeff is a calm, reflective presence for deep seekers — holding sacred space for spiritually curious, sensitive souls to reconnect with their inner voice. As the founder of The Journey Circle, she guides others through Tarot, journaling, and intuitive mentorship toward deeper self-awareness and trust.

Bonnie’s approach blends depth and practicality — rooted in her years as a researcher in tech and video games, and spiritual backbone through her training in San Francisco's Psychic Horizon — a School of Clairvoyance, healing and meditation, she was ordained through PH's Church of Natural Grace in 2018. Her work now lives at the intersection of spiritual insight, compassionate space-holding, and real-life integration.

Born in Hong Kong, and raised outside Philadelphia, Bonnie now lives in Sonoma County, California where she enjoys cooking, hiking and playing competitive Tetris.

Meet Trish - someone with a deep curiosity for all things mystical, energetic and divinatory. As a Tarot and Lenormand reader, teacher, Akashic Records and energy worker, she brings warmth and understanding to every session.

When she's not doing readings, you'll find Trish completely geeking out over card symbolism and history, exploring the energetic structure of the universe, or sharing knowledge and learning from fellow seekers who love it too.
