Think: focaccia & roasted olives, radicchio with pear/colatura/walnut/gouda, honeynut squash agro dolce with stracciatella, gnocchi alla Romana with lamb shank & fennel, rapini with white bean/chili/preserved lemon, and Basque cheesecake with pistachio & quince.
