Join us for Finding Our Way Through Loss — a warm, supportive workshop hosted by Spring North, in partnership with One Voice Blackburn, and delivered by Re-Align.
This in-person session offers a safe and welcoming space for anyone within the South Asian community who has experienced bereavement. Together, we’ll take time to reflect, share experiences (if you wish), and explore what can help us cope and stay connected after loss.
Our experienced practitioners from Re-Align will guide gentle discussions and activities that focus on wellbeing, community connection, and caring for ourselves and one another. There’ll be time for conversation, reflection, and a cuppa, with local information and culturally relevant support resources available to take away.
Everyone’s experience of grief is different — this workshop is simply a space to come together, listen, and support each other.
Date: Sunday 1 December 2025
Time: 10.30am – 12.30pm
Venue: One Voice Blackburn (venue details to follow)
This workshop is part of a wider Spring North programme, working with community partners across Lancashire and South Cumbria to strengthen bereavement support and wellbeing in local communities.
