What happens if I try to dispute or charge back my ticket?

All chargebacks or payment disputes will be actively contested, as your purchase constitutes a binding agreement with the organizer.

Does my ticket guarantee entry?

Accepted Answer

Tickets guarantee entry only when used as directed. For example, free tickets are valid only before 12AM. VIP deposits apply toward table minimums and are not individual admission tickets. Failure to arrive on time or with the full group does not reduce the balance owed.

How do VIP deposits work?

For VIP packages, a single QR code is issued per deposit. This QR confirms payment of the admission deposit only. It is not valid as individual entry tickets. Your full group’s entry will be verified at the door according to the package purchased. The listed table minimum is due in full at the venue
