This immersive experience is designed to complement JETSET’s wellness philosophy by creating a space for mindfulness, deep rest, and connection. The evening begins with an opening circle where guests set intentions and enjoy herbal tea or ceremonial cacao, fostering a sense of community. Olivia then guides a reflective introduction with meditation, affirmations, and insights on healing and self-care. Guests are invited to recline on reformers with cozy blankets and props for a deeply restorative sound healing session, featuring crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other calming instruments. Held in a softly lit, minimalist space with ceremonial elements, the experience encourages mental clarity, inner balance, and a deeper connection within the JETSET Pilates studio.
