Fleur Hassan-Nahoum – Israeli Special Envoy for Trade and Innovation

Fleur Hassan-Nahoum serves as the Special Envoy for Trade and Innovation of the State of Israel. She previously served as the Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem, in charge of foreign relations, international economic development, and tourism. She is a Co-Founder of the UAE-Israel Business Council, an association of Emirati and Israeli business and government leaders fostering bilateral trade, innovation, and cooperation.


Fadi Swidan – VP of Business Development and Marketing at Takwin Ventures

Takwin is a venture capital fund and incubator, making early-stage investments in hi-tech companies run by Arab entrepreneurs in Israel. As Vice President of Business Development & Marketing, Fadi has extensive experience in mentoring high-tech entrepreneurs from Israeli-Arab society and facilitating their integration into government ministries. In 2022, he was named one of the twelve most influential figures in the venture capital industry.


Motti Sigel – Managing Director of MassChallenge

An engineer by training and an entrepreneur by nature, Motti has spent the past decade as a consultant, project manager, and business owner, with expertise in navigating regulatory landscapes for private industry.


Hela Lahar – Executive Director of Crossroads

Hela Lahar is the former CEO of Tech2Peace and now serves as the Executive Director of Crossroads, a nonprofit dedicated to countering extremism and fostering effective leadership through practical tools for bridge-building and community engagement. An experienced educator and strategic leader, Hela has spent 17 years developing multinational programs in Israel and the U.S. She has spoken globally, including at the UN on Women in Peacebuilding, alongside ambassadors and professors.
