JAZZ: INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
Overview
CLASS: Wednesday, December 3, 2025
SONG: Distortion
ARTIST: David Guetta
NOTE: Registration is FREE, however class is NOT. There is in fact a fee for this class which will be disclosed the day after you register. Payment information will be sent to those who registered for the first 15 spots, via email the following day. A payment of $25.00 per person is required to solidify that spot.
WAITLIST OPTIONS: When the class reaches capacity, a WAITLIST WILL BE ENABLED! Your place on the waitlist determines when and if you will be notified about an available spot should anyone cancel.
If a space becomes available and you are offered a spot, you will have limited time (no more than 48 hours) to respond before I move on to the next name on the list. If you are offered a spot and you decline, you will be taken off the waitlist unless you specifically request to remain.
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES: If something comes up (as it usually does) and you can no longer make it to class, you will need to cancel 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. Canceling last minute does not give me enough time to get the word out for someone to potentially fill your spot. I hope you can understand this.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS TO A FUTURE CLASS ARE ALLOWED (unless canceled 24 hours prior) as you are taking a spot that could be reserved by someone else. When you registered for this class you agreed to these terms.
PLEASE read the description below to determine if this class is the right fit for you!

𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: JAZZ dance is identifiable by its syncopated rhythms (accenting the offbeat) and isolated moving body parts. Jazz styles include movements that are sharp or smooth, fast or slow, exaggerated or subtle.
This class is a combination of both contemporary and traditional jazz styles. The instructor combines elements borrowed from all technical styles, still deeply rooted in the technique of traditional jazz dance. Dancers will build a strong technique that focuses on strength, flexibility, and musicality. With elements of challenging movements combined with great music, you will become a confident dancer and a flawless performer.
