When the sessions wind down, the stage lights up. Each evening after the daily Jazz-Con programming concludes, the virtual festival begins—a two-hour celebration of live music, global talent, and genre-bending artistry. Featuring exclusive performances, product showcases, and special guest interviews, the Jazz-Con Festival is where the business of jazz meets the soul of the music. Whether it's a boundary-pushing solo set or a cross-continental collaboration, the festival spotlights both rising stars and established icons across styles, scenes, and continents.

Curated to reflect jazz’s ever-evolving spirit, the festival offers a dynamic experience that bridges tradition and innovation. From straight-ahead swing to tech start-ups forging new frontiers, each night delivers a unique journey, streamed directly to attendees around the world. It's more than a festival—it's a cultural exchange, a networking hub, and a place to unwind, reflect, and reconnect with the musicand people that drives everything we do at Jazz-Con.

**Please Note: The Jazz-Con Festival is a free event, however non-Pass holders must pre-register opnline through the Eventbrite portal to gain access.


Get Acces - The Way You Want

Jazz-Con 2025 offers four pass tiers tailored to different audiences:


  • The Sideman Pass ($150–$250 for 2-day, $100–$175 for 1-day) offers general access to all panels, performances, and sessions.
  • The Band Leader Pass ($400–$500) is our VIP option, including priority access, exclusive networking, and the ability to pre-submit a panel question and one audio track for potential radio feedback.
  • The Jazz Ambassador Pass ($350–$450) is designed for industry professionals and includes full access plus industry-specific networking and programming.
  • The Jazz Apprentice Pass*** ($100–$150 for 2-day, $75–$125 for 1-day) provides full access for students under the age of 22, at a discounted rate with valid ID.

Each pass grants access to Jazz-Con’s two days of virtual programming and nightly music festival, with tier-specific benefits based on your role and level of engagement.

When and where is the conference taking place?

Jazz-Con will take place on September 15, 2025 & September 16, 2025 and will be fully Virtual (online).

How do I register for the event?

What is included in the ticket price?

Your ticket includes access to all panels, workshops, networking events, and live performances. VIP passes may offer additional perks such as the opportunities to submit questions/content for panelists, etc...

I am a Indie musician in another genrtes! Can Jazz-Con help me?

While “Jazz-Con” is focused on “Jazz” the services, insights, discussions and tool presented could be used by anyone in the music business and especially jazz, classical, world, folk, and a host of other non-popular music genres who often lack the “know how” to develop their own careers!

What topics will be covered in the sessions?

Topics include DIY music marketing tools, DIY ways you can increase your streaming revenue, branding, new trends in rights management for content creators, strategies to better monetize your music catalog; and career development in the jazz industry and across all non-popular music genres.

Who are the keynote speakers and panelists?

Will there be live jazz performances?

Yes! There will be live showcases available featuring emerging and established jazz artists.

Are there networking opportunities?

Absolutely! Jazz-Con offers dedicated networking sessions, online networking rooms, and an online mixer event for attendees.

Can I get a schedule of events in advance?

Yes, the full schedule will be available on our website and mobile app before the event.

Are any sessions being held in person, and live?

Yes, many sessions will be held “live”. Because of logistics some schedules may have to be “pre-recorded”, and we reserve the right to do so.

Will all sessions be held virtually?

Yes, all sessions will be streamed or live-streamed for virtual attendees. Registration for online access is available for the Jazz-Con Conference.

If I only want to watch the “Jazz-Con Festival” and have no interest in the discussions or presentat

If you only want to watch the festival Showcases there is no fee!. All “Festival” events are free! You will still need to “pre-register” for the event online.

Is there an artist showcase?

Yes! Musicians can apply to perform in our artist showcase. Space is limited, so apply early.

Is there a student discount?

Yes! If you are under the age of 22 and have a valid student ID you may be eligible for a discount! Contact us for more details. We reserve the right to refuse any student discount for any reason, at any time.
