January Tea Blending Workshop

Do you love tea? Are you curious about flavor theory and the science of tea leaves? Learn about these and more at this tea blending workshop led by Seattle tea shop owner Friday Elliott. This class begins with a talk on ingredients, flavor wheels and the chemistry of tea, followed by a hands-on experience as you create, taste and take home your own custom tea blend!

Our January workshop falls on Mozart's birthday, and will have a particular focus on crafting music-inspired teas!
