January 8, 2026 STEM Facilitation PD
Overview
STEM Facilitation PD
This session introduces STEM Facilitators to PEAR’s Dimensions of Success (DoS) tool—a research-based framework that highlights best practices for delivering high-quality STEM experiences. Participants will explore the twelve dimensions that define effective STEM programming, engage in hands-on practice using the tool, and reflect on how to apply these insights to their own settings. Through real-world examples and collaborative activities, attendees will gain a clearer picture of what quality looks like in informal STEM learning. You'll leave with a practical resource to support continuous improvement and elevate the impact of your programming across any offering.
*This activity is supported in part by 21st Century Community Learning Center federal funds under Title IV, Part B of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act as amended.
