Barbara Carlyle is a comedian that has been doing comedy for 40 years. She has also appeared on Apollo Comedy Hour, Def Jam, Comic View, and Comic Xscape. Her comedic skills are so carefully honed that she leaves audiences in stitches wherever she goes. But comedy hasn’t always been her only contribution to society.

Carlyle did a short stint in the Marine Corps (cause she was looking for a few good men) and tried her hand at teaching for a short while.

A stickler for detail, she can speed read an audience and know exactly where to take her jokes. Hecklers think twice about testing her skills cause this young lady takes no prisoners and die hard wannabes fall prey to her vicious tongue.

Carlyle has performed in Germany, The Netherlands, England, the Virgin Islands (trying to be a born-again virgin) and other exotic places. Carlyle has one daughter and several baby daddies. You do the math. Her aim in life is to leave an indelible mark in the world of comedy.

A native of OHIO, Sherman has rocked audiences for the past several years while residing in Atlanta, Georgia. When this reporter asked Sherman to explain his approach on comedy, he was quick to answer. I think I have a left field approach to my comedy. I attempt to find the comedy in everyday life. kids, animals, old people, wherever there’s life there’s comedy, and it’s my job to find the funny. Finding the funny has catapulted Sherman into the upper echelon of comedy. With an impressive list of credits(see box for credits) and innumerable references who can attest to “SHERMS” ability to tear the roof off the joint. SHERM, who also produces his own comedy talk show called: JUST KICKIN IT COMEDY” on PTV Channel 12 Is one of the top shows in the Atlanta area. Over the years, he has drawn influence from legendary comedians like Red Foxx, Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy, and Dave Chappelle, all of whom have shaped his storytelling technique and ability to connect with audiences. Throughout his 20-year career, Dekeys has celebrated numerous milestones. Early on, he clinched victory in the Bacardi By Night Competition, showcasing his clever stage presence. This success led to winning multiple contests, including the HBO Def Jam Competition, and in 2005, he proudly became one of the new faces of Laugh-a-palooza. Along his comedic journey, Dekeys has had the privilege of sharing the stage with icons like Bill Bellamy, Kat Williams, Kevin Hart, Jess Hilarious, and Tiffany Haddish.
