Welcome to the J.A.M Session!
The Regional J.A.M. Session celebrates Pentecost Weekend with a diverse and strong music scene as we band together for the love of worship and each other! Everyone is invited (from beginner to pro) to come and participate in the WORSHIP for an Audience of ONE. Whether you play keyboards, cello, saxophone, guitar, drums, bass, flute, violin, washtub, spoons, or sing vocals with a team, in the car, or shower … you're an important part of the expression of adoration to Christ through this participatory music-making event!!!
This in-person event will be held at 150 17th St NW, Washington, DC, and promises to create an unforgettable spiritual experience.
This is not a concert. This is a true worshipper's J.A.M. Session – where YOU play an important role in making the sounds of heaven. Taking place in the heart of our beautiful nation's capital, Washington, DC, at David's Tent on the National Mall. This is a free community event where all people, all instruments, and all skill levels are welcome. From beginners to seasoned road worship warriors, you’re guaranteed to have an encounter with God and make new friends!
Even if you don’t want to join in the music-making, there will be plenty of space to support by your presence, or to observe how the wisdom of God is threaded through the simplicity of music.
