Join Montgomery County's Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and the Montgomery County Green Bank for a dynamic, hands-on workshop for building owners and property managers in Montgomery County, MD. We'll have brief, educational panels that will cover:

Utility data access and EmPOWER Maryland programs for rebates and incentives
Pepco Service Providers who can highlight specific project types and success stories (including mechanical, building envelope, and renewable energy upgrades)
How to finance projects with C-PACE or Green Bank products

Following the panels, attendees can break out into small groups to get one-on-one technical assistance from the utility, contracting, and lending communities so building owners and managers can ask questions and get information in a stress-free environment. Networking opportunities are available during this workshop!

You'll leave this workshop empowered with information and actionable steps to improve your building's energy performance, which will cut your utility bills in the long run and make your tenants and residents more comfortable.
