A fun class where EVERYONE is welcome! Inclusivity is our mantra. You don’t need any experience, just come, move your body and let me and the music and the vibes of the class do the rest.
We have people coming up and dancing on stage with me, and those who love to watch and cheer them on. It’s all about what makes YOU feel good. You'll find a sprinkling of freestyle too, where we can all just be who we want to be and dance our stresses out from the day. To be honest, it’s pure party vibes every week, exercise in disguise.
What can you expect from a session? Well, I hand pick THE best bangers of music from Merengue to Afro Beats, Urban Latin to Bhangra. We also have hand-crafted warm up tracks from House to Club Anthems, Latin flavours to chart tracks. We are the ‘Sasha Fierce’ of all classes, you’ll get a complete sweaty sesh, with a bootylicous body workout and THE biggest smile.

Good question. That depends on you and how much you move. It can be anywhere between 300-600 calories, but we have had people saying that they burned up to 750/800 calories. Smiling and having fun always burns more calories ?
Not at all. My classes have easy to follow steps that are designed to make moving enjoyable. Fun is the main thing and moving safely is the other. I always breakdown any new routines that need a little more time. And we use a visual cueing system, so that you can see what’s coming up next.
Bring water, a small gym towel and a smile. Wear lightweight, breathable clothing such as leggings, joggers, t-shirts and vests and sweaters. If you can, wear a sports bra. The best footwear is a lightweight trainer with some cushioning support and minimal tread on the sole, some trainers even have
