Event description
Steve Daubs will share his perspective on why it’s important for businesses to focus more deeply on listening to and understanding clients.

About this Event

Contemporary business tends toward fast, impersonal transactions delivered by corporate behemoths that often don’t even offer a phone number to provide customer service. This approach, while cost effective for some companies, opens up fantastic opportunities for small businesses to set themselves apart by building personal connections that create lifelong customers and evangelists for your brand.

Steve Daubs has built his business around embracing the idea that all business is personal. His studio, Gravity Photo Co., focuses on creating truly unique photographic experiences that clients value in a way a pretty picture can’t do alone. He will share his perspective on why it’s important for small business to focus more deeply on listening to and understand clients as well as techniques to engage clients in a more personal way.

What you'll learn:

  • How being small can be your competitive advantage
  • Understanding clients better through active listening
  • Building trust by going the extra mile
  • Making your client the hero of their story
