ITIL v4 Foundation introduces candidates to ITSM, the Service Value System (SVS) which describes how all of the organization's components and activities work together, as a system, to facilitate value creation. ITIL SVS addresses many working approaches such as Agile, DevOps, and Lean, in addition to the traditional process and project management through a flexible and value-driven operating model.

This course provides the guidance organizations need to address new service management challenges and utilize the potential of modern technology.
