The recently released IT Workforce Needs Analysis is serving as a catalyst for new collaborative efforts to build Hawaii’s IT workforce. Voices like yours are needed as employers, educators, government officials, community leaders and philanthropy partners work together to address our IT workforce needs, drive a digital transformation, and accelerate Hawaii’s innovation economy.
