ISRC Two Day Free Meditation Course, November 15th-16th,2025 in Tracy, CA

The course provides a clear explanation of modified system of Raja Yoga for Self Realization, also known as Natural Path with Pranahuti Aided Meditation.

(2 full days training from 9:30am to 5:30pm with 4 practical meditation sessions)

This course is suitable for aspirants between ages 18 and 50, who seek an effective meditation process for realizing the true meaning of existence and thereby achieve their full potential.

Married couples are encouraged to participate together.

Course Content:

The course provides a clear explanation of a modified system of Raja Yoga for Self Realization, also known as The Natural Path with Pranahuti Aided Meditation.

Experiential:

The course includes four experiential meditation sessions, about 30 min each with an experienced trainer.

The course will teach:

• A complete set of daily meditation practices

• A simple and holistic way to live in tune with cosmic consciousness

• How regulation of mind and concentration is achieved

• The role of Pranahuti (yogic transmission technique) as an active and continuous support for practitioners to achieve the highest level of consciousness

• The complete map of the spiritual journey up to the highest level of consciousness
