NEPIRC's ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor training gives participants an understanding of auditing quality management systems (QMS). This interactive workshop blends classroom instruction and simulated audit processes. Attendees will learn the proper conduct and roles of an auditor, the content and structure of a documented quality system and how to conduct an internal audit using effective interview skills.

This course is ideal for:

• Individuals who want to become internal auditors for their company under ISO 9001:2015
• Current auditors who are looking to refresh their knowledge
• Companies requiring personnel trained in ISO auditing techniques.

Prerequisites: Familiarity with the ISO 9001:2015 standard is suggested but not necessary. If you are already an auditor, your knowledge of the audit process will be expanded.

Outcomes: Participants will learn to plan and prepare for an internal audit, estimate time and resource requirements, develop and use checklists and implement the ISO 9001:2015 QMS Standard.

Please note that attendees should bring their own copy of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, as it will not be provided due to licensing restrictions. To receive a certificate of completion, participants must attend the full two-day training session.
