Immerse yourself in the rich flavors and unique character of these exceptional whiskies. We will be tasting expressions from Kilchoman distillery & the new Hebridean single malt from Raasay. These styles that had been lost through the ages and are not as prevalent anymore. This became the inspiration for the Isle of Raasay Distillery signature flavour profile: a lightly peated whisky, balanced with rich dark fruit flavours. From Kilchoman this family distillery speaks to the new age of distilling on Islay.
